Janet McDaniel is a Professor at the Honors College at Florida International University. She is particularly interested in diversified education styles and rights of individuals with disabilities. She is a member of Miami Dade Superintendent’s District Advisory Panel for Students with Disabilities and a Member of the Florida Care Council of Florida. She is also a Faculty Mentor of HEARTbeats, and participates in the Florida International University Honors College A Cappella group, part of the Honors Education in the Arts (HEARTS) program.
