Lindsey Rubin is the Program Coordinator for Scientists in Synagogues at Sinai and Synapses, where she helps create opportunities for Jewish communities to engage with science and explore meaningful questions at the intersection of science and Judaism. Lindsey brings extensive experience in Jewish communal programming, education, and relationship-building. Before joining Sinai and Synapses, she served as Program Manager for Lifecycle Connections at 18Doors, where she cultivated relationships with a network of Jewish clergy and helped connect thousands of individuals with clergy for lifecycle events. She previously worked in synagogue programming and in educational and disability services.
Lindsey holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Services, with a concentration in Administration and Family Policy, from the University of Delaware. She lives in Springfield, New Jersey, with her husband, Seth, and their dog, Ramen. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, reading, and watercolor painting.
