Mitch Diamond and Rabbi Rachel Gurevitz will discuss a historical review of computers, asking how it changed human behavior, possibilities, and civilization with each leap forward. They will be looking at how Jewish practice, belief, and social organization has responded to these changes and what we can learn from considering the two side by side.
Mitch Diamond works in chipset development at INTEL. He has taught STEM courses for girls, and was a guest teacher at our Scientists in Synagogues series for Chai School.
