As part of Shabbat morning services, Congregation Mishkan Tefila will have a discussion about vision and religion with Dr. Rosalie Reszelbach, OD, Ph.D. joined by Dr. Darren Orbach, MD, Ph.D. & Rabbi David Starr, Ph.D.
About Dr. Rosalie Reszelbach, OD, Ph.D.
Dr. Reszelbach graduated from Barnard College with a Biology major. She received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from SUNY Stony Brook. Dr. Reszelbach then did research at the National Institute of Health for 3 years, as well as research at the University of Farmington in the biochemistry dept for 5 years. Her OD is from the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Reszelbach practiced optometry for 32 years in West Roxbury, MA.
About Dr. Darren Orbach, MD Ph.D.
Dr. Orbach will be joing us via ZOOM. Dr. Orbach is a neuro-interventional radiologist at Boston Chidren’s Hospital and is a a leader of the hospitals Cerebrovascular Surgical and Interventions Center. Dr. Orbach completed his undergraduate studies at Princeton University, his medical degree at Cornell University Medical College, and his residency and fellowship at NYU Medical Center.
