You’re cordially invited to help us welcome Rabbi Geoffrey Mitelman as this year’s Bernstein Scholar-in-Residence. Rabbi Mitelman is the Founding Director of Sinai and Synapses, an organization that teaches about the intersection of science and religion.
The weekend is titled Scientifically Grounded Judaism and we’ll be exploring topics such as Has Science Replaced God and The Cosmos and the Covenant – Just How Special Are We. Congregants will have an opportunity to hear Rabbi Mitelman speak during Family Shabbat Worship, Torah Study, Shabbat Morning Worship, and Saturday afternoon’s FREE Lunch & Learn.
Lunch & Learn spots are limited, so be sure to register today to secure your spot! Do you know someone in the scientific community that would enjoy participating? Congregants are welcome to invite a guest!
