Read The Sixth Extinction by Elizabeth Kolbert and participate in four discussions about the book. (Attendance at all four is not required.)
Discussions will be led by UW Professors and Beth Israel Center members Irwin Goldman (Horticulture) and Matt Banks (Neuroscience).
This is the fourth installment of Mind ♥ Books, the book discussion series in our Scientists and Synagogues program.
Scientists and Synagogues is sponsored by Sinai & Synapses, an organization jointly funded by Clal – The National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
