For decades, scientists have used MRIs or double-blind scientific studies to answer basic questions about human beings: Who are we? Why do we act the way we do? What is awareness? Memory? Happiness? Self-control?
Judaism has been exploring the same questions for thousands of years. In this course, we will integrate the wisdom of ancient Jewish texts with science to see how we can improve ourselves, how we act and examine how relevant Jewish insights remain in modern life.
