The past 18 months have left many of us feeling claustrophobic and longing for connection. Yet, at the same time, the unusual conditions of the pandemic have led us to lose touch with aspects of ourselves as well. What are the missing pieces of our interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships? How can religion and spirituality help us repair these connections, as well as with God?
David Rosmarin, Ph.D., is Director of the Spirituality and Mental Health Program at McLean Hospital and an assistant professor of psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
